Volunteering  and preparing for new Pilgrims is an exciting and busy time!  
Background is vital, just as all aspects of the Walk are. Join in! 

Background Schedule for Walk Weekends 
                To help cook, please arrive at least 1 hour before meal time. 
               To help serve, please arrive 15-30 minutes before meal time.

Thursday Night:  Registration at 6:00 pm, Send off at 7:00 pm.
Come early and help welcome the Pilgrims and carry luggage!
Sponsor's Hour follows send off 7:30 pm.

Daily Meals  -  Breakfast 8:00 am-8:45 am;
                      Lunch 12:30 pm -1:25 pm (Sunday 12:00 noon-1:15 pm);
                       Dinner 5:30 pm-6:30 pm

Saturday Gathering  -  7:30 pm-10:15 pm
(Agape letters 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm)

Sunday Gathering  -  3:45 pm

Closing  -  4:30 pm
